Sr. Process Engineer - Injection Molding Manufacturing - Based in Southern Iowa
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Injection Molding Process Technician who enjoys hands-on problem solving and taking ownership of process performance. In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting production teams, and ensuring products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of injection molding, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Experience:

5+ years of experience as an Injection Molding Process Technician or a similar role leading up to a senior level

Strong technical knowledge of process equipment, control systems, and manufacturing methodologies to include RJG decoupled molding.
