Sr. Process Technician - Injection Molding Manufacturing - Based in Southern Iowa​​

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Injection Molding Process Technician who enjoys hands-on problem solving and taking ownership of process performance. In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting production teams, and ensuring products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of injection molding, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for continuous improvement. Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an Injection Molding Process Technician or a similar role leading up to a senior level

• Strong technical knowledge of process equipment, control systems, and manufacturing methodologies to include RJG decoupled molding.

• Leadership skills

• Nice-to-have skills that include your familiarity with automation systems, Six Sigma, or Lean principles.

Regional Sales Representative - Adhesive Converting sales - REMOTE

As the Outside Sales Rep. for a Regional territory.  You will be expected to source, solicit, obtain new customers in our client's converting division.  Candidates must have a demonstrated background / aptitude for sales and revenue generation, expertise in forecasting and pipeline management, strong business sense and industry and product expertise to generate revenue.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider candidates without the degree and the necessary industry experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales and new business development

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical equipment sales preferred or similar industry

• Previous contract manufacturing experience highly preferred
