Business Development Manager - Technical Sales - Based in Houston, TX​

Do you bring an entrepreneurial mindset and work well on your own?  This opportunity will offer you that freedom to build your business with the necessary support staff.  In this role it is your responsibility to drive sales of our clients diverse range of fasteners (e.g., bolts, screws, nuts, custom solutions) to key business clients.  It will be your responsibility for expanding their market share with a strong focus on growing local opportunities supported by their Houston distribution center, but not limited to Texas, with opportunities across the entire U.S. within the manufacturing, construction, solar and ancillary industries.

Experience:

- 10+ years of progressive B2B sales specifically selling various types of industrial fasteners.

- Industry Knowledge - a proven track record of selling into and understanding the specific needs of industries 

  such as manufacturing, construction and solar.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical field is preferred; relevant experience may

   substitute for a degree.

Sales & Marketing Manager - Based in SE Iowa

As Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, as well as developing your new sales team to increase the company's marketing and team of sales professionals.  This role requires an individual with a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the plastics manufacturing industry. 

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field plus experience; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferable within the plastics or manufacturing industry.

  • Ability to travel

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Experience in building sales teams

 

This position will be located in our client's Iowa location, as you will oversee your sales teams, conduct marketing campaigns, SEO strategy, and working with internal leadership.

Outside Sales Representative - Converting/medical equipment sales - Based in SE MN

As the Outside Sales Rep. for California territory.  You will be expected to source, solicit, obtain new customers in our client's converting division.  Candidates must have a demonstrated background / aptitude for sales and revenue generation, expertise in forecasting and pipeline management, strong business sense and industry and product expertise to generate revenue.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider candidates without the degree and the necessary industry experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical equipment sales preferred or similar industry

  • Previous contract manufacturing experience highly preferred

Our client offers a Base + Commission and hybrid as you will work in office as well as travel.
