Companies needing a high degree of urgency search, yet do not require a full retained search, I offer the "engagement fee" process. I charge a minimal amount upon execution of the search that is discounted off the fee at the end of each search. It also offers a guarantee term after the hire (based on level we agree on a guarantee). Contingency based search is still offered, depending on level of the position.
